Enormous Font Word Search – Size 90 pt
Each book contains 50 word search puzzles printed in a 90 pt font, nearly six times larger than standard large print. At this size, the capital letters are approximately as tall as a nickel is wide. The puzzles are set on 8.5 × 11.7 inch pages, with a 6 × 9 letter grid and seven words to find in each puzzle. Six volumes are available, each with a different selection of puzzles.

What font size is this book printed in?

How tall are the letters?
A printed capital letter measures about 22 mm (7/8 in) – close to the width of a US nickel. That figure is measured from the printed book, not calculated from the point size.
Is 90 pt large print or giant print?
Giant print. Large print is generally 16–18 pt, and anything larger counts as giant print. At 90 pt the puzzle letters are nearly six times the height of standard large print.
What is the difference between 90 pt and 100 pt?
100 pt letters are about 2.4 mm taller (24.4 mm against 22 mm) and the grid is smaller to make room – 5 × 8 with six words per puzzle, against 6 × 9 with seven. 100 pt is the largest print we make, and 90 pt is the step below it.
